For 1-to-1 phone/zoom coaching (non-recorded) – $199 for a 45-minute session. This is perfect for existing vendors who need expert guidance on just a few aspects (e.g. how to double or triple existing revenue figures). This is also very suitable for time-strapped newbies, who are unable to show up in person at one of our in-person coaching sessions. If you have 45 minutes, we can provide the crash course for you. Then if you want actual hands-on practice, we can follow up with an in-person session.

In-person coaching for our Malay friends who are keen on HDB placements in the Northeast region, i.e. Punggol, Sengkang, Hougang, Serangoon, we have monthly coaching sessions for $500 conducted by our Muslim coachee. This is in-person training at her vending machine located in an Hougang HDB void deck. The session is limited to 4 pax only. 1. “Help! I don’t know which package to choose!”

If you are an existing vendor or have some experience (e.g. you’ve tried vending before, but the business failed in the end), go with the Standard Package. Likewise, if you are a salesperson or you know you’re naturally gifted when it comes to communicating, the Standard Package is for you. IF the thought of meeting landlords (who might be nasty / condescending / tough negotiators) sends a shiver down your spine, then choose the Premium or Elite Packages. We’ll meet those landlords WITH you. 😉

2. “How do I book my training slot?”

You can choose to postpone the session should you be unable to turn up that day (maybe due to work or family commitments). Just give us a minimum of 3 hours’ advance notice, or else the deposit is forfeited. Please make a booking only if you are SERIOUS about learning from us. Let’s not waste each other’s time.

3. “What do I get during the 1-to-1 Training Session?”

BEFORE you even attend the training, we’ll have three questions for you to answer first so we can prepare customised notes for you, INCLUDING identifying the best vending locations near you (home / office), getting you the landlords’ contact details, and preparing a customised Proposal and Contract for you to use to seal the deal.

The notes will also include our supplier contact details, checklists (for location recce and for machine purchases), cold-calling scripts, etc.

4. “What time does the training start and how long will it last?”

We typically meet at 10.30am in Bishan Junction 8, but if you prefer some later timing, that can be arranged as well. That’s the beauty of 1-to-1 training. We kickstart the day with coffee, get to know each other a bit better, and then we’ll quickly cover the boring but crucial ‘theory’ bits about this business before we check out multiple machines (in the mall, outside at HDB locations, and finally, give you a hands-on experience at our condo machine). Along the way, we’ll also make quick stops to purchase stock, sharing with you what to buy, what to avoid, and give you insights into how you can price products effectively to maximise your earnings.

What time will the training end? It depends… on you! We’ll be sure to answer ALL the questions you have before letting you leave. Fast learners are done within 3 hours. They can learn everything from ACRA biz setup, to getting media coverage for their vending business, to doing machine maintenance, etc, very quickly, soaking up everything like a sponge. If you require more time and for us to go over certain portions again, there’s no issue. We’re happy to let you learn at your own pace. We have the whole day reserved for you anyway.

5. “Why do I need coaching / training? I can watch Youtube videos or attend FREE seminars or low-priced previews with free food.“

Of course you can. The fact you’re asking this question just indicates that you’re not our target audience. We have rented out and sold machines to people who learnt ‘vending’ from Youtube videos. They lost so much money after that, it’s not even funny anymore. We have the case studies to show our coachees – often, they are horrified.

As for the cheap preview seminars with “free” food, you must be quite naive to think that anyone will share with you their secrets to success, wisdom from years of vending experience, just for a few dollars or cents (after deducting food cost). EXPECT upselling, hard-selling, cross-selling (hello, random real estate investment talks), and everything under the sun that will make you squirm in your seat and start regretting your life choices.

We don’t want to play games. We charge 1 fee, upfront, and that’s it. Let’s get to work. Time is precious. And we don’t have time to waste with people who do not value our experience / expertise. *Also, we’re not trying to sell you lousy but pricey machines-with-locations hence there is no need for us to bait you in with these cheap seminars.

6. “What are some things you teach which other ‘vendors’ don’t?“

1) The reality of doing this business – is it really a PASSIVE business like so many people try to ‘sell’ to you?
2) How can a small company (like ours) REPLACE the existing machines at a condo (placed by 2 of the largest vending machine companies in SG) and be the sole operator in that condo?
3) What people fail to take note of that lands them in legal trouble later or have to foot large bills?
4) What sort of machine is best for locations such as condominiums?
5) How to select the right products which will sell based on your location. Do you want to place a machine in a school / cluster / mall / place of worship / workshop / office?
6) How to negotiate effectively so you pay a minimal amount of rental (or NOTHING) for your selected location. 😉
7) Case studies of machines placed around Singapore and how much they make in sales every month.
8) How to successfully and LEGALLY place your first machine in an HDB location.
9) What sellers of used machines hope you won’t notice when you buy your first machine off Carousell. 😉
10) When machines w/locations are sold, which are the red flags you should notice immediately.
11) (If you have ALREADY purchased a machine but sales is TERRIBLE, and you are stuck in a 12-mth contract you cannot exit, losing money every month) Learn how to increase your sales and revenue, and effectively beat the competition.

7. “May I bring a friend / spouse / business partner?“

Sure! This person comes along for just $500! *Do note that for the Premium and Elite Packages, it’s still 3 x Landlord meetings, and NOT 6 just because your friend / spouse / business partner has tagged along.

However, we will prepare a separate customised set of notes for this person accompanying you, so that means a different set of proposal + contract, landlord contacts and proposed locations for both of you to consider. As for the freebies we’re giving out, yes, your pal will receive that too.

8. “If I’ve booked a Standard package, then face troubles in negotiating alone with landlords during the meetings, could I get an upgrade to the Premium or Elite Packages and get your help?”

Sure! Just pay the difference between the price you paid for Standard (e.g. $1500) and the prevailing rate for Premium or Elite (these prices will go up – so check back for the current price at the time of your request to upgrade).

However, ‘downgrades’ are not allowed. No refunds will be given. It’s the same for when you’ve booked a Business Class ticket for your flight. You can’t change your mind later on and decide to go with Economy and request for a refund of the difference. It doesn’t work this way.

9. “If I just choose the Standard package, how soon do you think I’ll be able to land my first location?”

Previously, we charged just $XXX and our coachees took their own sweet time contacting the landlords, scheduling the recce sessions, etc. Now that we’re charging a minimum of $1500, there is a stark difference. More than 80% land their first location / recce session within a month of meeting us. Those who don’t get a confirmed location within a month are usually those dealing with MCSTs where there’s a lot of red tape and things move slowly. But… they’ll get there!

This higher pricepoint (compared to previous years) means coachees come fully prepared to learn. You’ll be paying close attention to what we say and do, you’ll be asking the important questions, and you’ll be making sure you get your money’s worth by taking action RIGHT AFTER meeting us (no dilly-dallying).
